LikedByFriends

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These are the rules for using LikedByFriends. The most important thing to understand is in the first section.

1. Who you are buying from

We are not the shop. LikedByFriends is a marketplace. The shops on it are independent businesses, and when you buy something the sales contract is between you and that shop — not between you and us. We run the platform, we collect the payment on the shop's behalf, and we are here when something goes wrong.

Every shop's legal name, address and registration number is shown on its profile, so you always know who you are dealing with before you buy.

2. Who we are

LikedByFriends is operated by GTD Fast OÜ, registry code 17582638, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.

3. Your account

4. How buying works

You like products, your friends vote on them, and you buy the ones you want. When you pay, we take the payment and pass it on to the shop. Prices are shown including the taxes that apply to you; shipping is arranged by the shop.

Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. If a shop cannot fulfil it, you get your money back.

5. Returns and your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have fourteen days from receiving an order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Some things are excluded by law — for example items made to your specification, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.

Start a return in the app, on the order. The shop's own return policy is shown before you buy and may give you more than the fourteen days, never less.

6. What you may not do

You can report a product from its page, and block a user or a shop at any time. We may remove content or restrict an account when these rules are broken; when we do, we tell you why and you can object — see the next section.

7. Reporting, moderation and complaints

Under the Digital Services Act you can report content you believe is illegal. Use the report button in the app, or write to dsa@likedbyfriends.com. We will look at it and tell you what we decided.

If we restrict something of yours, we give you a statement of reasons and you can appeal it. Our single point of contact for users and for authorities, in English, Estonian or Dutch, is dsa@likedbyfriends.com.

8. Promotions and prize draws

We sometimes run prize draws ("gift drops"). Entry is always free — there is never anything to buy — and each one has its own rules, published before you enter. Those rules take precedence over this section for that promotion.

9. Content you post

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to show it in the app where it belongs — your review under the product, your photo on your profile — and nothing beyond that.

10. If something goes wrong

We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not promise it is never unavailable or never wrong. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

12. Which law, and where

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can always bring a case in your own country's courts. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
